Back on Track Homeless Prevention Program
Homeless and near-homeless residents may qualify for financial assistance through the Back on Track program. Funded by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act, Back on Track offers short-term rental assistance, utility payments and/or security/utility deposits to qualifying applicants.
