Heritage District, LLC has acquired almost 48 acres for redevelopment of the 640-acre area, known as Heritage Crossing, which is bound by West Pioneer Drive, Britain Road, Shady Grove Road and MacArthur Boulevard. Thirty-eight of these acres are now aggregated into 15 redevelopment sites located in two primary areas – the Irving Boulevard/Second Street corridor and along Delaware Creek. Read more

New Vision New Vision for Heritage Crossing
The new Heritage Crossing Vision focuses on creating a unique, quality development for residents, businesses and visitors that preserves and enhances the qualities of Irving’s downtown while promoting new development that leverages mass transit access to the major employment centers in the surrounding areas. New shops, restaurants, housing and recreational amenities are major elements of the vision. Read more
