Rates and Service Fees

 The City of Irving offers the following services for our customers (not all services may be offered at particular locations).  These services will be billed on one statement for your convenience (to see an example of our new billing statement click here).

Meters are read every 28-34 days (varying due to weekends and holidays).  The utility invoices are mailed each Thursday based on cycle (Cycle 1 is the first Thursday, Cycle 2 is the second, Etc.) and will be due 15 days later.

Operating as a municipality, we are a publicly owned, not-for-profit organization.  The billing and collection procedures of Irving Utilities are established to protect the interest of all ratepayers.  We also follow guidelines mandated by the State of Texas under the Texas Utility Code as well as Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) under the Safe Water Drinking Act.
